An Electrical Installation Condition Report or EICR is a formal assessment of the condition of the electrical installation in your property. An EICR is conducted by a fully trained and certified electrician who conducts both a visual assessment and comprehensive tests to indicate whether the different parts of your electrical system are fit for continued use. We provide a complete service throughout. We’ll discuss everything we’ve done and found and give you the advice you need, so you know everything you want to know about your electrical installation. We will also provide you with detailed quotations for any remedial work that needs to be carried out and can carry this work out for you as well.

Domestic EICRs
If you have just moved into your new house or want the condition of you electrics checked before you move in or purchase a property then we can help you.
We will schedule a visit that is convenient for you and carry out our comprehensive Inspection and Testing procedure. We will explain everything after we have finished and provide clear and concise advice regarding the condition of your electrics.
We can even carry out any remedial work that is needed to bring your electrics up to current standards.
Landlord EICRs
All new private tenancies need to be inspected and tested before the tenancy begins. For existing tenancies and EICR will need to be carried out by 1st April 2021.
We can carry out the required Inspection and Testing for you and provide you with the report ensuring your tenancies are not interrupted.
Remedial work can also be carried out if required after the report is completed.
Commercial Property EICRs
